MCR ROBOTICS / EMBODIED INTELLIGENCE
J19 CORE

Intelligence
in motion.

J19 CORE is MCR Robotics’ developing intelligence architecture for connecting AI with a robot’s vision, speech, memory, sensors, communications and supervised physical capabilities.

DEVELOPMENT STATUSACTIVE R&D

G1 Edition under controlled development and testing.

THE CORE IDEA

Give physical machines a coordinated intelligence layer.

A capable robot needs more than a chatbot and more than motion scripts. J19 CORE is being developed as the layer that connects perception, conversation, memory, tools, remote systems and robot capabilities while keeping permissions and supervision separate from high-level reasoning.

01

Vision

Camera, depth and perception inputs that help the system understand what is physically in front of the robot.

02

Speech

Speech recognition, conversational AI and voice output for natural real-time interaction.

03

Memory

Working context and persistent memory designed to preserve useful information beyond a single interaction.

04

Sensors

Robot state and environmental inputs brought into a broader context layer for reasoning and monitoring.

05

Remote Interaction

Secure remote communication, telemetry and human-in-the-loop control pathways for support and supervision.

06

Supervised Capability

Separate what the AI can reason about from what the physical system is actually permitted to execute.

LOCAL + CONNECTED INTELLIGENCE

Designed to keep working across sessions.

J19 development includes architectures for local low-latency operation combined with connected services for deeper intelligence, persistent context and remote functionality. The goal is a robotic system that can retain useful working context while still functioning when connectivity or cloud services are limited.

LOCALWorking context • robot state • low-latency functions
CONNECTEDLong-term memory • AI services • remote systems
SYNCStructured exchange between local and connected layers
J19 CORE / G1 EDITION

Built through real robot R&D.

The G1 Edition is being developed against real humanoid hardware rather than as a purely simulated concept. Current work spans perception, communications, memory, remote interaction, system integration and controlled access to available robot capabilities.

Robot Interface

Connect vendor APIs, middleware, telemetry and available control pathways to the intelligence layer.

Edge Compute

Use external compute where additional AI, vision or application processing is needed.

Human Oversight

Keep supervision, permissions and safety boundaries as explicit parts of the system architecture.

Expandable

Allow new sensors, tools, models and capabilities to be integrated without rebuilding the entire intelligence stack.

DEVELOPMENT NOTICE

J19 CORE is an active MCR Robotics research and development platform. Features, interfaces and capabilities may change as development progresses. References to autonomy or physical capability describe engineering goals and supervised system functions, not unrestricted unsupervised operation.

J19 CORE
